Refund policy

We accept returns on bags an accessories with original tags within 14 days of your order being delivered. To Return an item, please email us at monsongelly@gmail.com.

We exercise and refuse the right to refuse any and all returned items that are not in the original condition they were shipped as. At this time Ashton Avenue does not cover return costs. The return label generated will be $8 and deducted from any refund amount once approved and processed. Once your return has been received and inspected we will issue a prompt refund. Please note it may take 3-5 business days to reflect back to the original method of payment.

Items can be exchanged within the 14 day delivery period.
