Ashton Avenuee is NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages. We recommend having all orders shipped to secure locations to prevent delivery errors with the carrier. We do provide an option at extra cost signature delivery and route insurance. Some instances are a case by case basis and will be handled accordingly, shoot us an email to inquire.
